Discover The Hyundai Seoul – Yeouido's Stunning Architectural Marvel and Lifestyle Destination

 Hey friends! ๐Ÿ‘‹

Today I want to introduce you to The Hyundai Seoul. I actually went there to check out an art exhibition, but it's also a really fun space and a hot tourist spot in Seoul.

Here's how to get to The Hyundai Seoul ๐Ÿš‡๐Ÿš‡๐Ÿš‡

By Subway: The easiest way is to take Line 5 or Line 9 to Yeouido Station (์—ฌ์˜๋„์—ญ). Take Exit 3, and The Hyundai Seoul is directly connected to the station—just follow the signs and you'll walk right into the building. It's super convenient!

By Bus: Several buses stop near Yeouido Station, including buses 160, 261, 262, 461, 753, and many others. Get off at the Yeouido Station stop.

By Taxi or Car: Just tell the driver "The Hyundai Seoul" or "๋” ํ˜„๋Œ€ ์„œ์šธ" in Yeouido. The address is 108 Yeoui-daero, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

Pro tip: Since it's connected directly to the subway station, taking the metro is definitely the most hassle-free option!

I also took the subway and walked right into The Hyundai Seoul through the connected entrance. Even though it was a bit past lunchtime on a Friday, the place was still packed with people! ๐Ÿ˜

The subway connects to B2 of the department store, where you'll find all the trendiest pop-up stores. The one that caught my eye was ETF Bakery—they were selling really good quality bread at affordable prices!

And there was this fashion brand called "Gardens" launched by Tzuyang, a famous Korean mukbang YouTuber. They even had her Diamond Play Button on display, and they were selling comfy-looking t-shirts and hats!  ๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ’“

There was also a store selling Labubu dolls and adorable keychains! They were so cute that I found myself staring at them for quite a while!

When you go up to the 4th floor, there are delicious restaurants and cafes, plus this garden-themed rest area with natural light streaming down from above. The whole space has this forest-like vibe, and I thought it was really unique that they created a space like this inside a department store! ๐ŸŒณ๐ŸŒณ๐ŸŒณ

The 5th floor has this cultural space called ALT.1, and I actually visited that day because I was curious about the Toledo Museum of Art exhibition they were hosting there.
I thought it was about Toledo in Spain, but it turned out to be an exhibition of artworks on loan from the Toledo Museum of Art in the US, being displayed here in Korea!

After seeing all those beautiful Renaissance paintings, I came out feeling like my heart was full and enriched! ๐Ÿ‘„๐Ÿ‘„

On the escalator going down after the exhibition, I noticed the water cascading from above and thought to myself how they really designed this space to feel close to nature. How about visiting The Hyundai on a day when it's super hot or freezing cold? You can enjoy the space and grab some delicious food too! It seems like you can catch all the latest trends here in one place.
