K-Beauty Hunt in Apgujeong: Olive Young Near Rodeo Station

 Hi, Friends! ๐Ÿ‘‹

Today I stopped by the Olive Young store right in front of Apgujeong Rodeo Station. If you’ve visited Korea before, you probably know Olive Young is everywhere in Seoul—and they carry all kinds of products, from cosmetics to snacks and more.

This store right by Exit 6 of Apgujeong Rodeo Station takes up an entire building.

So it has more products than a typical Olive Young, and there are a few services unique to this location. Let’s head in and check it out. ๐Ÿ’ƒ

It’s a three-story building, and each floor has different products. You can move around easily by elevator. On the first floor, like in the photo, you’ll find makeup and perfumes. Right as you walk in, the checkout is on the right—you can use self-checkout or ask a staff member to ring you up. ๐Ÿ’–

They’ve got eco-bags you can use to carry your picks, and there’s even a corner where you can get your personal color checked. All the color cosmetics have testers laid out nicely, so you can try everything before you buy. ๐Ÿ‘„

Shall we head up to the second floor? There’s a big mirror for selfies, and upstairs you’ll find snacks, makeup tools, and body care products.

They’ve also got a wide range of men’s grooming products and plenty of women’s care items, too.

What surprised me most was the Korean snack corner! They had the spicy legends like Shin Ramyun and Buldak Bokkeum Myeon, plus tasty cookies—and even seaweed snacks in collaboration with the group SEVENTEEN. ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿช

On the third floor, there’s a whole section just for sheet masks—and there were tons of products I didn’t even know about.

They’ve even set aside a special display for products that are big worldwide—like the ones trending on Amazon. I also found beauty devices and targeted care items for specific areas.

And on the third floor, there’s a spot where you can use a diagnostic device for about 15 minutes to check your skin and get a personalized home-care routine. Knowing your skin type makes picking products so much easier. If you go on a weekday morning, it’s usually quiet, so you can get it done right away. ๐Ÿ˜

If you spend over 15,000 KRW, you can get a tax refund—but you’ll need your actual passport, so keep that in mind. A copy or a photo won’t work.๐Ÿ˜œ

Olive Young stores are everywhere in Korea, but if you can, visit a big location like this—there’s way more to see, and it’s just more fun to browse and pick things out.๐Ÿ‘
