Snacks, Supplements, and Superfoods: Exploring Olive Better!

 Hi, Friends!๐Ÿ‘‹

Olive Young is super famous—pretty much everyone visits when they come to Korea, right? Well, the company behind Olive Young opened a new store that mainly focuses on food called Olive Better. I was so curious that I stopped by the Gwanghwamun branch to check it out.

Right at the entrance, there were olive oil capsules, and next to them jelly-type vitamins and collagen. Straight ahead, I saw low‑sugar chocolate‑covered fruit snacks—they looked seriously tasty. ๐Ÿ˜™๐Ÿ˜™๐Ÿ˜™

On another display, there were stick‑type health supplements and protein bars, and they had simple snack chips too. Overall, it felt like they’d curated everything around a “not too intense, health‑minded” concept.

They also had refrigerated salads and chicken breast, so there were plenty of options for people watching their diet. And for convenience, there were self-checkout counters so you could pay on your own. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

What cracked me up was how serious they are about protein—one whole wall was packed with protein snacks, protein bars, and protein drinks. I didn’t even realize there were that many kinds out there!

The first floor is mostly “eat well” items with a protein focus, while the second floor seems packed with things for relaxing—like teas and coffee. Let’s head up to the second floor! ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜Ž

On the second floor, there’s a wide variety of teas and coffee products, and on one side they’ve got items that help with sleep. Interestingly, they even sell pajamas.

They also had neatly organized, ready-to-eat meal options, and some of them seemed to overlap with the protein products. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

They’ve got workout boosters and accessories like socks, plus a section for health supplements—but the main focus is definitely on food with a healthy vibe.

There aren’t many stores in Seoul yet—it’s a brand‑new concept—so some items overlap, and the vibe feels a bit similar to regular Olive Young. But if you want to try healthy food options while you’re in Korea, it’s definitely worth a quick stop!
